Based on our initial review of your application to our Graduate Program at Stony Brook University we are extremely pleased to invite you to meet with a team of faculty from Stony Brook University who will be conducting interviews in China beginning February 11. This invitation is extended to only a subset of applicants, and should be taken as clear evidence that we are very interested in you as a prospective student in our Program. Last year less than 20% of the Graduate applicants to Stony Brook were invited for interviews, and the offer and accept rate for this pool of applicants was significantly higher than for the students we did not interview.

[/align][align="left"]The interviews will be conducted in three different locations in China. These locations and dates are provided below. It would be very much appreciated if you could respond to us as soon as possible, and certainly no later than Tuesday, January 28th, to let us know which location and date you prefer for your interview. The Graduate School will contact you by e-mail to confirm the location, date, and time for your interview. Therefore, please also let us know if the e-mail address that we are using for this invitation is preferred for these subsequent communications.[/align][align="left"]
