申请NCSU的CS能逃GT不？

想问下申请NCSU的CS能逃GT成绩么？ 因为在CS网站上看到 For purposes of review, the department accepts copies of GRE and TOEFL/IELTS score reports (see process for uploading above).
但是网申系统里会显示official score not received，application incomplete
发信问xiaomi，竟然回了封template。。。。。。
