22'Fall ECE PhD position at University of Miami

Multiple fully funded Ph.D. positions are available in Prof. Jie Xu's group in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Miami. Candidates are expected to start in Fall 2022. The candidates will conduct theoretical and experimental research in the areas of machine learning, edge computing, wireless communications, and the intersections of these areas.

Prof. Jie Xu is currently an Associate Professor of ECE and an NSF CAREER award recipient. He obtained his Ph.D. from UCLA (with distinguished Ph.D. dissertation award), B.S. and M.S. from Tsinghua University. For more information about Prof. Jie Xu and his group, please visit sites.google.com
