The CS graduate admissions committee has recommended that you be admitted to our graduate program. Your admission is not formalized until you receive an “official” letter of admittance from the UTD Office of Enrollments Services (OES). This formal acceptance from OES is subject to any missing documents they may request. In order to register for courses, you must provide proof of your degree completion with you to UTD (provisional certificate, degree conferral, etc.). If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the Office of Enrollment Services. The Department of Computer Science has admitted you with condition you complete the following prerequisite courses: CS 5349 Automata TheoryCS 5348 OS ConceptsEach student’s file is carefully reviewed for admission and all deficiencies are noted for all five CS areas of study. Students are responsible for fulfilling only those prerequisites pertaining to their area of study. Additionally, you may apply for a waiver and/or transfer of prerequisite courses after your enrollment at UTD. Decisions to waive prerequisite courses will be based on your previous academic record(s) and the chosen track of study, at the discretion of the graduate CS advisors.
