Emailed Employee for supporting documents.
Nov 1, 2021

Questionnaires received. Reviewing questionnaires/documents.
Nov 2, 2021

Prep
Submitted LCA to Department of Labor. Certification expected in 7 to 10 days.
Nov 11, 2021

Docs
Sent H-1B documents to employer for signature.
Nov 18, 2021

Signed documents returned. Preparing to file with USCIS.
Nov 22, 2021

USCIS
H-1B petition submitted to USCIS. Awaiting receipt notice.
