这三个组选那个：

1. Dynamic Ads：做中小企业的广告image asset generation pipeline，自动爬取中小企业网站的内容，然后自动寻找适合每个页面的图片asset。要写一个新的pipeline
mgr是国人大哥，在谷歌很多年了
感觉项目有趣且有impact
每个quarter两周oncall

2. Rpc Security Policie;;s：他们组维护一个给内部developer使用的service，用来检查和enforce proper security policies is in-place for other user facing google services。用到一部分Java，C++, go。要跟每个PA都打交道，让他们使用这个产品
mgr是ABRussia，在谷歌4年
每个quater有一次oncall，没说多久

我的concern：这个组做内部tooling，这个impact以及前景是不是不如customer facing的产品要好？

3. Risk, (Data Protection Organization)
写内部工具给data analyst使用，把谷歌内部的dataset分类到合适的类别进行data protection，
security risk engineering organization and working closely together with the wider Compliance organizations
Mgr是美国人，在谷歌也带了很多年，最近两年转成管理，新组，建立了6个月左右，
每个quater有一周oncall

concern：
这个组做内部tooling，concern同上。
新组会不会有什么坑？
感觉项目不是很有趣，希望wlb会好一点

看重：希望wlb好一点，然后兼顾一下发展前景
