请问大家NEU Align录取后成绩单验证是发的邮件还是寄的呢？

“Additionally, all new students are required to submit a final official transcript from your undergraduate/bachelor's degree-granting institution. Official transcripts must be sent directly from the reporting institution electronically to 1point3acres.com or by mail to either address below. Students may also send certified, sealed copies to either address. ”
之前发邮件自动回复5-7天回复我，看到地里有很多朋友也被录取了，所以想请问下大家：
1. 发邮件的reporting institution 是指学校教务处吗？或者学校教务处发邮件可以吗？（项目不需要WES）
2. 如果选择邮寄，用没有学校盖章的普通信封装可以吗？（成绩单是盖过章的正式版本）
3. 中英文成绩单都需要寄过去吗？有没有只寄了英文成绩单的朋友？
我个人比较想用发邮件的方式，如果有发邮件验证成绩单的朋友，希望能回复具体讲下，先谢过大家啦
