背景介绍：EE 第三年博士，medical leave 了一段时间，用新I20 签证。 在签证前一天发现DS160照片可能不符合规范，就更新了DS160.
八点的预约，八点十分到场排队（时间绰绰有余）。过了安检之后给护照上贴的Sticker 上 DS160编号和打印出来确认单的编号不一样。
九点多排到了二楼的一个年轻非裔女OV。
排在我前面的阿姨旅游签审核了二十分钟，然后被拒了。。。内心特别的忐忑
ME: Morning, officer
OV: Morning.
ME: Here is my passport and I-20. And I'd like to mention a little concern here. ......( Bring out the DS160 issue)
OV: Ok, thanks for bring that out. What degree are you going to persue in U.S.?
ME: PhD degree.
OV: What major are you going to study?
ME: Electrical and electronics engineering. Specificly, what we do is simulate the movenment of electrons in electronic devices
and compute the electrical property of different semiconductor structures.
OV: Who's gonna fund youe study?
ME: My university offered me a fellowship. The tuition is waved and they offer me 30k stipend to cover my life cost.
Here is the admission letter that can prove my fellowship.
OV: Alright. Did you also do your undergrads in U.S.?
ME: Nope, but I did my master in U.S.
OV: What subject did you study in your master.
ME: Material Science and Engineering. Here is my CV and my Advisor's CV.
OV: Thank you, I'll need that later.
ME: I also bring my thesis abstruct and transcript. Just in case, if that will be of any use.
OV: I'll take the abstruct, the other one is not neccessary .

OV: Ok, your case is will be under AP for 6-8 weeks, typically we'll return your passport to you. But because of your barcode issue,
we gonna take your passport.
