Duties
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Integrating BIM with robotics to enhance the automation in 3D concrete printing”. Major responsibility involves conducting laboratory tests and writing scientific papers; additionally, the appointee will assist the PI in writing research proposals and supervising students.
Qualifications
Application for the Postdoctoral Fellow post should have a doctoral degree or equivalent in computing, mechanical, civil, and manufacturing engineering with a strong background in the fields of building information modelling, robotics control, and computational design. He/She should also possess track record of publications and/or professional activities in the field. Successful candidates will work with Dr Weng and will have the opportunity to work with cut-edging materials and technology and to work in an international, collaborative, supportive, and inclusive interdisciplinary research environment.
