[J1豁免求助]FB拒绝提供H1B support confirmation

纽约留学中心要求J1 waiver申请者提供公司支持H1B申请的证明，但是今天联系FB recruiter后得到以下回复：
Meta cannot provide attestation confirming any future filings. We will work to maintain valid status for you for as long as you're employed with us, but we cannot provide a letter for the H-1B lottery due to liability issues. To my knowledge, while such a letter can potentially help the waiver, it is by no means required, so you should still be able to secure the waiver.

请问有没有人遇到类似问题，以及该如何处理？
