现在正式通知还没来，但是给教授发邮件了得到回复如下：
Unfortunately, yes this means that we cannot accept you at this time. We were looking for people with specific sets of technical skills who could articulate a research vision.
If you are interested in our MS for XXX so that you could take the courses that are required for the XXX PhD and get involved in our program, I could put that as an option in the letter that will go out to you.
和我一起面试的一个巴基斯坦的小姑娘也和我一样被降了MS，怎么办？还能Argue回来么？已经有MS了，而且读不起了。
