求指教ng白板如何进行google team match！

本人已过了pa match（platform and ecosystem）有了offer，现在进行入职前team match已经match了五个组，并没有match上。可能因为是转码选手，项目经验不足，有些manager明确需要有某些背景的candidate。求问白板如何team match呀，好折磨！
