求助: 如何推迟offer最终做决定的时间

借朋友号发帖求助! 急急急!
节后完成了LinkedIn的Team match, 开始谈offer, 同时在上周收到了Google的Team match的邮件通知.
目前为止LinkedIn的offer已经谈的差不多了, HR说最多给2-3天的考虑时间, 但那是Google那边无论怎么催促HR都没有任何进展, 连Team match都没有开始.
请问下大家对于这种情况有没有什么好的建议, 1. 如何让Google快速给一个可以compete的offer, 2. 如何推迟LinkedIn的做决定的时间?
