D2CPS@Mines CS is seeking applications for 2 CS Ph.D. students to join the laboratory in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023.
Research interests:
a. IoT/CPS and Edge Computing Data Analysis Systems
b. Sustainable computing in smart homes and buildings
The minimum requirement for CPS/IoT system research candidate includes:
1. Have the CS/ECE/EE background and have at least a B.S. degree in CS/ECE/EE. Senior undergraduate students from top universities will be considered.
2. Be familiar with CPS/IoT systems, basic deep learning models, and frameworks and can program freely using at least one language.
3. Can independently write in English.
PLUS:
1. Prior programing project experience on IoT/CPS/DL.
2. Prior authorship/co-authorship publications at top-tier computer system conferences. Independent writing skills are preferred.
3. Have a B.S or M.S. degree in CS/ECE/EE from the top universities.
