麻烦问一下大家，在香港完成了三个学期的研究生学习，申请UW-Madison研究生语言成绩可以豁免么，官网的要求我有点看不太明白，麻烦有经验的解疑一下，谢谢🙏
Applicants are exempt if:
you have completed at least two full-time semesters of graded course work, exclusive of ESL courses, in a U.S. college or university, or at an institution outside the U.S. where English is the exclusive language of instruction. Completion of graded course work cannot be more than five years prior to the anticipated semester of enrollment.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: 3-6 year bachelor.
ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Official transcript; official certification of degree and date awarded; documents required in English only. Documents must be issued by the school with the official stamps and signature.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS: English proficiency test required unless English is the exclusive language of instruction at the degree granting institution.
