AD from CMU

CMU的ECE的AD，坑爹的远程啊{:7_204:}，发来的附件里说有三个选项，
1. Defer your admission offer and join the Pittsburgh campus in the Spring 2015.
2. Start the Professional M.S. Program online for the first semester and come to the Pittsburgh
campus in the Spring 2015.
3. Begin the Professional M.S. Program in the Fall 2014 at Carnegie Mellon University in Rwanda
with the further option to either remain in Rwanda, or join us in the Pittsburgh campus in the
Spring 2015. {:7_177:}。。。。。。

有木有前辈知道该咋办呢{:7_194:}。。。话说里面的第一个是拒掉春季再申的意思吗？
