CMU ad+1. 同时询问下4.15协议及财产证明

早上起来刷邮箱，CMU的VLIS的AD+1.第一个消息，不算啥特别好，但是至少开了个好头。CMU是我特别喜欢的学校，实验室背后去交换过的师兄老穿着个红红的CMU校服，实在是炫得不行。不过后面还有14个学校，再等等吧。
请问4.15协议是所有学校都遵守吗？我还需要跟小秘确认一下之类的不？现在需要给小秘发啥邮件确认一下我收到之类的吗？
他的邮件里面没有提相关的消息，以下是部分邮件

You have been accepted by the Masters of Science in Information Technology, Specialization in Very Large Information Systems (MSIT-VLIS) Program of the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. 财产证明：
我目前还没开财产证明，因为需要贷款，考虑利息所以我都尽量把开财产证明的时间往后推（家里全是不动产）。2月份开的话会晚吗？房子啥的可以给签证官拿去证明吗？
背景：
北航CS小本，今年6月起清华某实验室酱油，一篇WWW poster在投，一篇国内期刊，一篇hypertext在投，不过几篇论文申CMU的时候都没出来，忽略。
