开个帖子，记录一下自己在瑞典找工的过程。主要也记录一下面试的内容，作为冷门面经，希望可以帮助到大家。个人背景，本科ZJU EE，硕士KTH SCR；原本想找博士，后来博士受阻，感到自己也对科研深耕的方向不甚了然，还是觉得找工作吧。未来想读博再说。

Questions:
In your knowledge, how many controllers for one drone for sure needed?
For example, a drone delivers some package to the point, how will you guarantee the safety and accuracy?
What are you going to do if some kind of accident happened during the flying process?
How do you know if one controller is broken?
In your opinion, what is the most important technical part during the whole drone delivering process?
How many drones are you going to need in this city(Stockholm)? (Guess with evidence)

面试官首先做了一个自我介绍，然后让我介绍自己（这一part我参考了CareerVidZ的视频：youtube.com），然后问了不少相关问题：
1 做master thesis的时候，用了哪些方法，学到了什么
2 入职的话，做master thesis的哪些idea还可以延拓使用
3 喜欢做什么种类的工作 coding testing or more general non-technical
4 在团队中，对自己的定位是什么；在工作中，觉得自己是怎样的人
5 多快能够投入到工作中去
6 现在是否也在面试别的公司
7 对薪酬的期待是多少
8 有没有做consultant的经验，有几年的工作经验
之后给我做了一个关于Alten的presentation，补足了Alten的一些背景知识
交待之后的情况，让我填写一个Alten版本的CV，之后发给他，然后做一个test，有关coding实力的，一道题用python，一道题用c++
之后Alten会安排其他的assignment和其他的雇主公司，如果match的话，就会面试（此次Alten的面试官也会在场，还有对方公司的人），做assignment

20220514 某国内企业 聊聊
这次面试的机会是通过熟人引荐的，是在周六的下午，国内的周六晚上漫谈了一下，属于半技术面试。
更多的是双方交流情报，我主要想了解对方要招什么人，对方也表示了我和他们的招聘的岗位match度存在一些问题，我要做适应性调整。
对方主要还是想找控制器+信息安全方面的有能力的人才，这是顺应趋势的，在瑞典这边工作；他们是作为乙方的，和甲方聊，当然基础的工作内容也包括：
1.保证我们交付的软硬件能够支持客户的测试，帮助(教导)客户；
2.分析客户反应的软件问题，然后反馈给总部研发的人；
3.给软件的设计和开发提供我们的意见、协助他们的测试。
希望自己不要眼高手低

互动也稍微少了一些。

面试我的是Combine Control System Group的Leader，人在哥德堡。
先向我介绍了Combine公司，是一个presentation。
然后问了我的一些过往经历，就一些技术细节和他感兴趣的项目经历着重问了一下。
问了我是倾向做system engineer还是software developing engineer
又问了将来想做怎样的工作，成为什么样的人，类似职业规划
然后说了之后的安排，就是会找两个reference，进行联络沟通
还会发给我一个code test
时长大约一个小时吧，比较意外的是前10min都是我在听他讲。

某中国公司的HR联系了我，正式启动录用我的流程。加了微信，简单的聊了一下。敏感的数字等详情，会和第三方公司沟通之后再告诉我；

和国内某公司的HR聊了敏感的数字问题，低于心理预期，隐形福利也少不少。算作一个保底吧。

Firstly the HR made a short phone interview to learn your interest and goal, technical skills, salary expectation etc. Then you're sent to technical interview. The next step is coding test and referees talk.

了解了更多有关combine的细节，学长告诉我在瑞典这边做技术咨询工作其实也蛮好的，工资待遇也不错，也对简历有帮助，也有助于将来继续去德国工作。但是目前的问题就是，去哥德堡。不单是生活开销的上升，也面临和女朋友异地的问题。问题的根源就是不应该申，就应该锁定斯德哥尔摩，当时没有抱太大希望申请的。

6月10日 交了Combine 工签申请
历经种种等待的艰难险阻，最终于2022年10月11日 approve，现在还在等待physical permit card的阶段。

2022年10月19日，拿到了physical work permit card，政策改了，第一次卡片都是6个月的了，到时候再转为永久合同和两年work permit card吧
