PhD套磁回复，是被养鱼了嘛？

楼主上周六套的磁，今天收到了导师的回复，套磁邮件只加了CV。我本身是想有奖学金申的，这回复是没钱了嘛？
导师提到了rp，我确实没有写，如果我写完发给导师，看起来可行吗？
