求助：H1B 期间renew 驾照失败

求助，
本人今年6月中opt到期，去年10月抽中的H1B。由于驾照到我opt时间，所以在3月末的时候去dmv renew driver license (Santa Clara DMV)，当场给了temporary license

然后神奇的事情就来了，过了1个月我没收到隐隐感觉不对，然后打legal presense电话，被告知要向homeland security verify，让我每周打过去求update。我就老老实实每周打电话过去，下面是进度：
1. 第一周：no reply from homeland security
2. 第二周：replied but we are asking for further review
3. 第三周：still waiting for homeland security's review
4. 第四周：they are providing the wrong expiration date and we are asking for further review
5. 第五周(今天)： they are providing the wrong expiration date and we just filed another case check, plz wait for 2-3 weeks.

我6月中要短期去西雅图过暑假，没驾照很要命，不知道大家有什么建议吗。。。我看上去就是homeland security是大**，在前一个身份过期之前后一个身份不会显示。
