糟糕的Google 面试体验

最近在面🐶家L5，总共phone+VO 6轮面试，interviewer no show发生了4次，其中三次是BQ。因为走的是新process，BQ是match组的manager来面，三次都没出现。这个反常程度让我觉得肯定有问题，有没有🐶家大佬帮忙分析一下，是这个manager就是不靠谱，还是背后HR搞得有问题，还是Google现在interviewer no show很正常。

我跟Recruiter的邮件里面嘴了几句 （This should be abnormal for a company like Google），大姐很强硬的祈使句了我两句。
Please note that the interviewer could not attend due to some unforeseen circumstances. Please note, It is not possible to find an interviewer in such short notice.
