msft 63 offer vs amzon 65 vs google L3 求比较

Currently I got three offers from MSFT level 63, Amazon L5, google L3( interviewed for L4, but downleveled to L3, first try appeal reject, but recruiter still trying to fight for L4).
Here are the TCs:
MSFT 63 standard offer:
Base: 190k, rsu:200k, Joining bonus: 50k. Haven't negotiate yet, can negotiate a bit more. Frist year TC:270k without cash bonus.
Amazon L5 : first year TC around 300k.
Google L3: haven't discussed the offer details yet. Still fighting for L4. I bet with L3 it would go above any of offers in MSFT or Amazon.
Location: Bay area
YOE: 3 yrs (started with Phd in engineering, not CS)
Any comments would be much appreciated. Thanks so much for your inputs
