今天上午场的考题，又是重复一个月前的考题，2022.5.21考题！这已经是年内第3次重复了，继续着去年的趋势，在一年内会有考题重考。继续提醒大家，平时多看考题分析，最近的考题最能体现现在ETS的出题方向，大家多关注，多练习~

昨天上午场的考题重复2014.7.6和2018.3.24的原题，题目本身不难，讲的是人们该不该用一些不同于工作的爱好或者体育运动等来放松，典型的利弊题，那么回答的思路就是罗列你所选的好处坏处即可。
这道题稍微需要注意的是，题目中有一个限定条件，不同于工作的爱好和体育运动来休息放松，所以在写作中，在提到好处坏处的时候，能稍微提到其和工作的不同，表明这些活动是完全和工作隔开的状态，就更好了。

1. 可以让大脑恢复活力
2. 对健康有利（身体、心理）
3. 可以发展自己的爱好
4. 可以认识更多朋友
5. 可以促进家庭关系

To specify, it helps us burn off the extra calories, it is good for the heart and circulatory system, it maintains or increases our muscle mass, it helps us focus, and it improves overall health well-being. Take my friend Melissa for example. Although Melissa was an English tutor for primary students, 她每天下班后都会看各种闲书并分享自己的读书笔记在social media, a hobby she keeps from high school. 去年突然政府发布了双减政策(double reduction policy)旨在减轻学生负担，leading to a collapse of private tutoring industry. As one of those teachers, Melissa was no exception and laid off. Luckily, 她的生活并没有受太大影响—因为她的爱好让她在网上变成了一个小博主（internet influencer）。In other words, Melissa也能通过这个账号挣钱养活自己。
