Thanks for your interest in SIG! The first step of our interview process for our open trading roles is to complete an online assessment. Please note this is in regards to the trading role application process only. If you have applied to other roles at SIG, the evaluation process is different.
This assessment is administered by a third party company called Mettl. By applying for this job, you gave SIG your consent to share your email address with Mettl solely for purposes of administering the assessment. Why are we sending you an assessment? We ask people to take this 20-minute assessment to show us that they are serious about applying to SIG. We want to consider candidates who enjoy problem solving and have a true interest in working with us. Despite this being the first step in our process, we are not looking for candidates who can simply ace a test. We are looking for people who are numerate and logical thinkers. We have attached some sample of questions to give you an idea of the types of questions you may encounter during the assessment.
If you open any other windows or navigate away from the browser for any reason, you will be kicked out of the assessment and your test will be graded as is. This includes any automatic pop-ups, so make sure these features are disabled before you begin the test.
