ibm associate software developer

九月初的时候投了 ibm associate software developer职位，之后做了oa以及一个speed interview。
今天收到邮件说Within the next few business days, you will receive one or more calendar invitations to virtually interview with the practice(s) who have selected you as a finalist.
下午收到了一个Azure Cloud Practice组的面试但是时间只有半
小时。请问这样的面试会问什么呢 要如何准备呢。
再麻烦问一下有人在这个associate program，有了解的可以讲一下这个项目大概是什么吗 网上的资料也
