WES认证无法通过学信网发送中文验证报告

学信网上做了学位认证并翻译，但是通过学信网只能发送英文翻译件，不能发送学位认证报告中文版。咨询学信网，答复说通过学信网只能发送英语报告给WES，不能发中文的。但是WES的要求文档上明确表示，需要中文版的报告。我把中文学位报告在my account发送给WES，以下是WES给我的回复。

Reason: The verified document received was not sent directly to WES through the WES-CSSD channel.
Instructions: Please visit the Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China (CSSD) and follow their instructions on sending documents to WES through the designated WES-CSSD channel.
