请问申请 Berkeley MIMS 的大家有收到 interview invitation 但是无法预约时间的吗

今天早上（北京时间1月12日9am）收到了 Berkeley MIMS 的 interview invitation email. 通过邮件中的链接预约 interview time slot 的时候发现了两个小问题，想请问下其他同学是否有遇到：

1. 在预约 time slot 填个人信息时给了5个填写框，但其中只有 preferred name 和 phone number 两个空可以填写，剩余的3个框 (last name, first name, email) 都无法点击填入内容

2. 邮件中说选好 time slot 后，“Shortly after confirming your time slot, you will receive a follow-up email which contains your interview link.” 但现在已经接近9小时了还是没收到 confirmation email
