刚面试了一个startup 不吐不快

之前一直在FAANG不幸被裁，刚和一个startup recruiter call

1. 一上来各种问我问题，为什么从A走，为什么从B走，问了二十分钟。我寻思作为一个startup你不是应该给我多介绍你们公司嘛。好终于问完了，我问了几个问题，然后就是震惊

2. 我们software engineer 全是generalist, they do everything. You will grow a lot. 我们level flat，也没有senior title啥的，网站上的写的是假的

3. 我问有哪些组 — 我们没有组，we shuffle people around based on priority.

4. 我们有core business hours. 周一到周四是10am - 7pm，周五是10am - 5:30pm

5. 我问需要加班吗？ — sometimes yes. We are a fast growing startup. balabala. we have oncall every other month.

6. 说到钱 — we are not like Faang, we dont have bonus. base你要求多少？然后PTO还是unlimited哦

7. 说到绿卡。我说需要day 1 green card。ta说可能得等6-12个月based on your performance.

8. 对了拿到offer了还得reference check.

总结下，钱少｜工作时间长｜ 活多事多｜ 没level｜没绿卡｜管理一团乱麻。
