七子本科+敏感专业，配偶是绿卡，续签F1能通过吗

基本情况：本科七子，计算机博士在读，配偶绿卡，三年前首签f1的时候check了一个月最后拿了一年签，自从读博士之后就再也没敢出境了

10043里写着“This proclamation shall not apply to any alien who is the spouse of a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident”，感觉理论上续签F1应该是可以的，但是也没搜到过相关dp，我现在就很纠结是回国续签F1还是等毕业之后抽中H1B再回国，已经好久没回国了，好想家人呀
