预约面签系统登不上

这周发现预约面签的网站总登不上去，请问有小伙伴也遇到这样的问题吗？

偶尔登录上去了一下，只让上传护照，然后过了好几天发来邮件说Thank you for contacting the U.S. Visa Service Desk. We would like to inform you that, your profile duplication request needs to be raised from a different / new email address. 这是情况啊？
